Hello everyone, there appears to be a fault with Mrs. Jenkins’ heart-monitor.
Occasionally the intermittent, regular ‘beep’ is replaced by a steady, continuous tone, sometimes lasting as long as 30 seconds. During these times she shakes violently with panic, only becoming calm when finally the intermittent beep returns.
Should we give her tranquilisers to help with this, or would disconnecting the speaker be enough to reassure her?
