Hello everyone, I wonder if anyone can tell me what the nutritional value of soil is?
I’ve been considering some adventurous recipes and I’d like to list common earth in with the ingredients, but I’m not sure how to get the best from it. Should it be boiled or baked? Grilled or poached?
Lowly creatures such as worms and herbs can, I know, eat the stuff raw – personally I find that disgusting! I know that with a little imagination I can likely serve up some treats, but I’d like some preparation tips before I dig in, so to speak.
If you’ve any ideas I’d be happy to hear them.
